About our shipping solution
- We send our packages with PostNord 59 SEK Shipping (incl. VAT) for Sweden ( Free shipping over 799 SEK)
- For deliveries to other EU countries we use Postnord and the shipping cost is 99 SEK (incl. VAT) (Free shipping over 999 SEK)
- We work with Postnord agents and require ID documents to pick up the package,
- Delivery time is 4-7 working days. Delivery time varies for each product.

Return policy – grossbutik.com
1. General
We at grossbutik.com strive for you as a customer to be satisfied with your purchase. This return policy applies to all orders placed through our website.
2. Right of withdrawal
As a customer, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by email to [ [email protected] ] before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Return conditions
For a return to be approved, the following applies:
- The product must be unused and in original condition.
- Original packaging must be retained.
- Any labels should remain on.
- The return must be well packaged.
We reserve the right to make deductions for any decrease in value if the product has been handled more than necessary.
4. Exceptions to the right of return
The following products are not covered by the right of withdrawal:
- Hygiene products where the seal has been broken
- Specially ordered or customized products
- Food or other goods with a short shelf life
5. Return shipping
The customer is responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed. We recommend that you send the return with tracking, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches us.
In the event of a complaint or incorrect delivery, we are responsible for the return shipping.
6. Refund
Once we have received and approved your return, a refund will be made within 5–10 business days via the same payment method used for the purchase.
Any shipping costs are not refunded, except in the event of an approved complaint.
7. Complaints
If an item is defective or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at [ [email protected] ] with:
- Order number
- Description of the error
- Pictures (if needed)
We follow the Consumer Sales Act in all complaints.
For returns, please follow the instructions below;
- Contact us for the return label and we will create the return label, Postnord will email and text you the QR code.
- Place unbroken packages in the box or shipping bag as they arrived and seal properly.
- Stick the return label over the old shipping label. (You can print the return label at a Post office, just show the QR code )
- Drop off the package at your local post office.
- After receipt and approval of the return, a confirmation of the refund will be sent to the email associated with your order.
Unclaimed package
If you have ordered and not collected your package, it will be returned to us. We will then charge you 150 SEK for handling and shipping fees.
