Heavy duty metal storage shelf for garages, storage rooms, basements and warehouses

Robust and spacious metal storage rack with 5 reinforced shelves , developed for safe and organized storage of heavy and bulky items. The stable steel construction with 0.7 mm thick profiles is combined with 5 mm thick MDF shelves , which provides a maximum load of up to 200 kg per shelf and 1000 kg in total with evenly distributed load.

With dimensions of 180 x 100 x 60 cm, the shelf offers extra large storage space and is ideal for garages, basements, storage rooms, workshops, warehouses and other spaces where robust storage is needed.

Reinforced construction for heavy loads

Each shelf has two reinforcement supports that increase stability and help the shelves retain their shape even under heavy loads. The reinforced MDF shelves are 5 mm thick and provide a stable surface for, for example, car tires, tools, machines, storage boxes and other heavy objects.

The 0.7 mm thick steel profiles give the structure increased rigidity and resistance to deformation. The steel is galvanized, which means that a zinc layer helps protect the material against rust and corrosion.

Extra deep shelves

The shelf's generous dimensions of 100 x 60 cm per storage level provide more space than traditional narrower storage shelves. This makes it particularly practical for larger boxes, tools, equipment, tires and other bulky items.

Screw-free and flexible assembly

The shelf is mounted using a practical push-in system without screws , making installation easy. The shelf can be adjusted in height by 30 mm between each level , so that the storage space can be easily adapted to the size of the items.

The flexible 3-in-1 design can be used as a tall storage shelf, divided into two smaller shelves of approximately 90 cm or used to create a corner solution.

Safety information

Read the instructions before assembly. Never exceed the maximum load specified and distribute the load evenly across the shelves.

For best stability, it is recommended that the shelf be placed against a wall. For maximum load , the shelf must be anchored to the wall .

Do not use the shelf if any components are missing or damaged. Do not use the shelf as a ladder and do not store it in a damp location.

Use a rubber mallet when assembling. Do not hit the steel components directly with a hard hammer.
